Insomnia

Many of you who know me know that I have a hard time sleeping. Well, not so much staying asleep but falling asleep gives me trouble. Many nights when I am staring into the darkness my mind starts to wander. I start to think of really random things and then start obsessing about them. For instance, awhile ago I heard a commercial on TV that said Toyota had 17 models of cars/trucks on the market. (Don't quote me on the exact number it has been awhile.) Anyway, I stayed awake half the night trying to think of all of them. I got to 15 and couldn't come up with the last two. Another night I started thinking of peoples names that are also cities. I then divided them into international, national, and state categories. (I didn't count Book of Mormon names at the state level.) For example Savannah and Dallas would be under the national umbrella. Last week I tried to remember every teacher I had from Kindergarten through my Senior year. I still can't remember 3rd grade, it is driving my crazy!

Mark is usually out as soon as he hits the pillow so last night in an attempt to keep him awake with me I made up a game. Embarrassing as it is I do this a lot, especially on road trips. I told him that we were going on a virtual scavenger hunt and he had to figure out the clues to get to the next location and win the prize at the end. (There really wasn't a prize but I knew he would never stay awake long enough to find out.) Long story even longer, I can't sleep again tonight so I thought I would share some of the clues and see if you can figure them out. They are all located in the Weber/Davis area.

1. Eve's mate laid claim to this place, you will have to hike a sandy slope at it's base.

2. This feline could stand to lose a few pounds, but he will invite you in to play a few rounds.

3. This 49th state thinks it is one on the best, it welcomes you for a lot of fun and a little rest.

4. These ferocious beasts no longer roam our town, but bring the kids and a picnic and come on down.

Good luck. I will post the answers in a couple of days. Hope it gives you something to think about during those sleepless nights.

Maim,
I like this game. Maybe you should post a game everyday for everyone to play. This will give you something to write about daily!
