Ready When He Is

Alright folks, the final countdown has begun. Only 11 more rings on the proverbial paper chain. Yep, we will be welcoming our newest addition next week! In preparation I went over my to do list before he gets here.

Christmas presents bought and wrapped........check.
Baby room set up and ready.......check.
Move Jackson out of the baby room.............working on it.

Big as a house....................check, check.

I am careful not to turn too quickly these days in case young children are near by. Don't want the little tykes to be broadsided by the wide radius of clearance that I require.
In all honesty I am so excited, nervous but mostly excited. Two seems a little overwhelming but I am sure we will be fine. Maybe Jackson was sensing my trepidation and decided to help me out. He has been so good and fun lately. Seriously, he has made me even more excited to have another one to play and laugh with.

Amy! How are you? What a pleasant blog hopping surprise ;). It's Allyson, from "Social Work School" ;) I know that probably seems like forever ago. So fun to see you. Your family is darling, and congrats on the new one on the way. Good luck next week, I will be sure to check back to see the new little bundle of joy.

Amy, "big as a house"? Pa-lease. You've never SEEN as big as a house until you've see me pregnant. I've knocked people out cold with my pregnant belly. Short women don't have much room to grow but out you know. I'm so excited for your little bebe. I trust you'll let us all know when he arrives...?

Amy! you look so good. Whatever as big as a house you obviously did not see me pregnant with the twins:) I saw your mom and sister at walmart the day before thanksgiving. They told me you were due pretty soon. Wish ya the best. Two is not hard neither is three they just have more people to play with. Anyways good luck and can't wait to see this cute little guy.

Amy, I have to agree with all the other comments... YOU are NOT as BIG as a HOUSE! Maybe we could go for mini-van?? ;) You look great, given you are probably pretty danged miserable! How fun to have the baby here for his presents. Can't wait to get the update!!

And you're right, your little Jackson can sense your feelings (both positive and negative) and act according to how his spirit tells him to! You will ALL do wonderful!

Blessings to you and your little family! ~Vicki

My oh my how you have been working so hard for Charles. I can't wait to meet the little man! I am pretty sure we would match up when I was at like four months.
PS I am your identical twin seperated at birth, remember!

You are not the size of a house but if you insist on thinking that at least you are a cute house!! I can't wait to see the little one. You will have many, many, many precious moments with your two boys. The memories flood back of when we brought home Peter...sweet sweet moments. There are hard moments but you will eventually only remember the sweet ones! Your babys room is very cute!

You look great! I am two months behind you and I look so much bigger! Danny just keeps saying it's cause I'm short and have nowhere else for the baby to go but out. I don't know...Ugh! I'm jealous! The baby room looks so so cute too! You always have the best taste.
